Payment Flow and Delivery Policy:
LEMAG is delivered to your inbox on the day of the purchase. In cases when LEMAG is purchased over the weekend it will be delivered to your inbox not later than the first working day after the delivery date.
Our annual hard-copy book Long Exposure Photography Masters will be delivered to you before Christmas each year, regardless of the time of purchase. If you purchase the book from a previous year it will be dispatched to your address on the day of purchase.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:
As each issue of online version of LEMAG is promoted with a number of pages visible on our website no return or refund is offered on e-edition.
Our annual hard-copy book Long Exposure Photography Masters – you can cancel the order any time until December 1st and receive full refund minus 10% for our administrative costs. All cancellations are processed within 5 working days from receiving the cancellation request.
