Meet the instructors

George Digalakis

George Digalakis is a minimalist, fine art photographer based in Athens, Greece. His work is characterized by a square frame, minimalistic approach, high order and a peaceful, yet often sorrowful and melancholic atmosphere. George rarely tries to capture the moment and finds that by ignoring reality he can best convey his inner vision and underlying emotions. George had three solo exhibitions and has participated in numerous group shows around the world. His work has been recognized in Greece, winning the prestigious “Hermes” award of the Hellenic Photographic Society and in many international competitions. He has been published in various magazines and sites.

Teo Kefalopoulos

Teo Kefalopoulos is a fine art photographer based in Alexandria, Greece. For the past few years, he became strongly related to black and white fine art photography as he considers this art to be a form of profound expression, a creative process that leads to alternative views on ordinary subjects. By using the long exposure technique, unconventional optics and introvert post processing, he applies a dramatic approach to scenes that few would otherwise notice and give value. While selectively attending various photo exhibitions in Greece and abroad, he mainly emphasizes on making photographic works and prints for decoration purposes and also retains an active collaboration with a fine art gallery in the US. His work has been featured through numerous interviews and presentations.
